I got my own flat, over Christmas. And I'll miss you and Martha and all, but it's really nice to have a space of my own.

So you've got a couple extra rooms now! Well, once you get the kids off to their new homes, at any rate. In case you adopt anyone else. Just thought you would to know. :)
